Abraham MaslowAbraham Maslow is said to be the father of enlightenment management. He created a theory that is known as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Each need is organized as a section in a pyramid. A person starts at the bottom, then as they meet the needs in each category until they reach the top which is true enlightenment. (McLeod)

Esteem: achievement, confidence, and independence. Love/belonging: family, friendships, love, and affection. Safety: protection from elements, healthy, morality, stability, and order. Physiological: sleep, food, water, shelter, and sex. |
